Microsomes and Drug Oxidations

Microsomes and Drug Oxidations (MDO) constitutes the major series of international symposia in the field of drug metabolism and related areas. MDO has a long tradition since the first one in Bethesda, USA in 1968 and now occurs every two years. Next meeting is together with ISSX in Noordwijk, outside Amsterdam, Holland, June 17-21, 2012. MDO has an International Advisory Board with distinguished scientists in the field. The MDO meetings bring together scientists from both academia and industry and constitute a fruitful meeting place where synergistic interactions are established and where the knowledge regarding the latest developments in the field are discussed. The meetings usually have 400-500 attendees and encompass the areas of drug metabolizing enzymes, drug receptors and drug transporters including their
